Kevin Cahill is Chief Executive Officer of REALean, the national real estate franchise brand, and Managing Broker of REALean Evolve Real Estate in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Kevin is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida, and began his career in real estate as a salesperson in 1999 in Shaker Heights, Ohio.

Prior to launching REALean and REALean Evolve Real Estate, Kevin was managing broker of the Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate offices in the St. Petersburg Old Northeast and Downtown Beach Drive locations. Previously, Kevin was CEO of Keller Williams Realty offices in Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch and in South Tampa.  

Kevin was an owner/investor in the launch of five Keller Williams Realty offices in Greater Cleveland, Ohio, as well as a member of the Agent Leadership Council of Keller Williams Realty Greater Cleveland.  Kevin served as a Director of the Cleveland Area Board of Realtors, and a Director of the Ohio Association of Realtors.  Kevin began his career in real estate as a licensed salesperson in the Shaker Heights office of Smythe, Cramer Co., Realtors, in 1999.
