Get to Know Kerry McPherson
I was a realtor from 1989-91 and worked for Realty World in Fort McMurray. I was trained by a master realtor, probably the best Fort McMurray has ever seen - Patrick O'Donnell - people still talk about him. He's like a living legend. Anyway, I owe pretty much everything I know about Real Estate to him. So now I'm back, working for Re/Max Fort McMurray, a company that the Walsh family has run since 1972 and having the time of my life. I love my job and it shows. It doesn't feel like work. It's definitely a perfect fit for me. Patrick always told me just to be myself, let my personality and who I am shine through and people will respond to that genuineness and sincerity.
I work primary from referrals from friends, family and personal contacts. That is not to say that I am not willing to work with members of the public at large. In fact, I've had great success in this area. I always strive to give my customers the absolute best customer service they've ever seen. I want their experience with me to be so positive and successful that they cannot help but refer their friends and family to me. My customers know and appreciate the fact that I always do what I say I'm going to do and that someone is always available to help them, preferably me, but if that isn't possible, a member of my staff or a colleague will assist them.
Certifications
I work with buyers and sellers across all price ranges and all areas of our fair city from investors, families starting out or moving up, first time home buyers are especially near and dear to my heart ( I see them all as my own children), relocations from across town, the province, or the country. As a thirty year resident, I consider myself to be an expert on what it is that makes Fort McMurray such a great place to live, work and raise a family.
