I have provided professional services in the commercial real estate industry dating back to 1982.  My experience has included commercial brokerage, public syndication, commercial appraisals, property management, environmental hazardous waste remediation, commercial foreclosures & bankruptcy sales, and REO Bank properties.

I have active licenses as a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker #BK3018125, and a Florida Certified General Real Estate Appraiser #RZ3284, with over 800 hours of professional education.  I also have a Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting, from Texas State University, and 26 graduate housrs in Finance from the University of Incarnate Word.  Additionally, I have earned the Certiifed Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation #14081, which is recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial investment real estate.  The CCIM designation is recognized for its preeminence within the commercial real estate industry, the CCIM cirrculum represent the core knowledge expected of commercial investment practitioners, regardless of diversity or specialization within the industry.  Less than 6% of the commercial real estate industry professionals hold the CCIM designation.

I have worked with many different property types to inlcude commercial retail shopping centers (3,000 SF to 175,000 SF), multi family apartments (28 units to 335 units), Class A & B Office Buildings (10,000 SF to 75,000 SF), specialty buildings such as veterinarian, restaurant, hotels, movie theatres, small and medium size businesses.  I work freqenctly as a Buyer's Broker, to help close commercial or business acquisitions at reduced fees to normal commercial commissions.
