I have just recently completed a course in Energy Management and have been certified as a RESNET energy professional.  I felt that was the next step necessary to become a credible "Environmentally Friendly" Realtor.  I am and EcoBroker, SRES certified (Senior Real Estate Services) and SFR certified (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource.  I have represented Banks in the disposition of their real estate owned portfolios.  I have also been a part of a national franchise relocation department. I also have been a licensed Realtor since 1989 and have returned to my home town of Maui to share the knowledge about real estate that I learned in Los Angeles as a sales agent and investor.
