The AOL Real Estate team launched two more sites geared to specifically serve the needs of renters and home owners/real estate enthusiasts.

RentedSpaces.com was launched in July 2009 as a hybrid rental listings and blog site.  RentedSpaces offers one of the most comprehensive sets of listings on the Internet including Apartments for Rent, Houses for Rent, Condos for Rent and Roommates and a helpful buy vs rent calculator.  In addition, RentedSpaces has a team of bloggers that provide daily original content around the renter lifestlye such as advice, entertaining and design.   

HousingWatch.com launched in December 2009 and has quickly risen up the ranks of real estate sites in UVs.  A site for anyone interested in Real Estate - from the novice to the enthusiast - HousingWatch.com has a team of well known writers whose daily goal is simple:  put consumers first in real estate news. We also provide local real estate coverage for several of the largest US cities including New York, Chicago, Dallas, Miami and Los Angeles.
