Everyone needs a place to call home. And everyone deserves a Realtor who respects that need.

Many clients feel I go beyond a Realtor's job description; and that is the reason why 75% of my transactions last year were referrals. I am in my fourth year as a licensed Realtor. Seven years prior to that, I was personally investing in real estate. Seeing that I was proficient at finding and researching homes and land, my realtor enouraged me to get my license. She felt I was a natural for the business. Prior to that I was a physical therapist working alongside physicians. I am very comfortable with professional people, and I appreciate their tight schedules.

For homes which may not yet be 100% turn-key, I have an outstanding crew who could put on the final touches. My crew chief has been featured in Phoenix Home and Garden Magazine for his work on estates in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley.

Certifications

I have lived in the valley for the last 13 years. I became a licensed Realtor at the time when the real estate market bottomed out, and because of this challenge, I have learned what it means to be an effective Realtor.  In my office ranking for 2010 I came in #2 in an office of Realtos who have been in the field many more years than myself.  I am very proficient at representing sellers in  short sales as well as representing buyers.   I am a CDPE - Certified Distressed Properties Expert"  and in todays market you need a realtor who has specialized training in short sales.

But as a realtor I have chosen to specialize in People so to speak....  I keep abreast of the programs available only to assist my clients to the highest cliber possible.   I am up to date on the first time home buyers programs and the programs for lower income families BUT I also keep up on the needs luxury home market.   Many Realtors say they only work the Luxury home market....ok, fine so after their client closes on a million plus home with them and now their aunt who can only afford a $50K dollar home needs a referral for a realtor - will they turn them down because their is not enough of a commsision in it for them???  EVERY ONE needs a home and they choose me for that relationship and the knowledge that I will represent them with high expectations.
