Prior to moving to South Florida in 1998 I earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University and then earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. I have been involved in real estate in some form since moving to Broward county, whether it has been mortgage financing, investing, or real estate sales. As a real estate investor for the past 13 years I have learned how to pinpoint value in a purchase and make sure that my clients know what are the driving forces in the market. As a past mortgage lender I understand what banks and lenders are looking for in a potential mortgage client and can assist my clients in guiding them through the mortgage process in order to make it as painless as possible.
