Kelly Arias brings a broad range of experience and skills to her career in real estate, including a long and rewarding career in the US Air Force and several years at NMSU. At J. Bennett Realty she works with and continues to learn from some of the industry’s top agents and coaches to enhance her understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate.

A long-time resident of Las Cruces, Kelly facilitates residential and commercial sales for both local residents and newcomers to the city and surrounding areas such as Mesilla, Mesilla Park, Mesquite, La Mesa, Hatch, and Doña Ana County. While her experience lies mainly with foreclosed and distressed properties, she is able to meet the diverse needs of any buyer or seller.

During her Air Force career, Kelly moved her family eight times in nearly 20 years. As such, she has first-hand experience with the stresses and hassles involved in the buying, selling, and relocating process, and strives to alleviate these concerns for her clients, especially military veterans, as much as possible.

Kelly enjoys taking a direct, hands-on approach with her clients and is well supported by her superb office support staff and team at J. Bennett Realty. She gains great satisfaction from helping those who think there is no hope of home ownership. She also gets excited about new technologies that help her business run more efficiently and effectively. She then employs the best and right technologies to expertly market and find homes.

Kelly believes Realtors^® have an obligation to be well educated to provide the level of service and protection her knowledge her clients deserve. While she holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and a Master of Science in Family and Consumer Science, she never stops learning. She takes continuing education courses whenever she can to increase her knowledge about real estate.

While Kelly's personal awards are too extensive to list, she has been among the top performers in all of her career paths for more than 30 years. And while peer recognition is always nice, her biggest reward is the gratitude she receives from the people she helps.

Kelly is a member of the National Association of Realtors^®, New Mexico Association of Realtors^®, and the Las Cruces Association of Realtors^®. But she feels that being a Realtor^® is not just about joining professional associations. She believes Realtors^® should be involved in communities where they work as well. She currently sits on the board of the United Military Women of the Southwest and is active in her church and local TOPS chapter. But her favorite is singing with the New Mexico State University Gospel Choir.

In her off time, Kelly loves to travel, whether it is a weekend camping trip in New Mexico or vacation spots around the US and abroad. She also enjoys beading and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
