I love real estate. And, when you love what you do for a living, it really doesn't feel like work at all. So, you tend to work harder. And working harder, makes you very good at what you do.

Being a life-long animal and plant lover, I naturally specialize in more rural property. Being a true outdoorsy nature lover, I gravitate to those properties with an abundance of wildlife, near open spaces or near our outstanding state and national forests. Mostly, I love land. Whether it's a vineyard, farm land, an orchard, horse property or just fallow or virgin soil I truly do love land.
Of course, I love selling houses too. I still get all "misty eyed" when I see the excitement on the faces of my buyers when they are handed the keys to their new home. And for me, nothing compares to the sense of pride I feel when my sellers know they have received the best possible price for their property.
