First licensed in 2002 Specializing in listing homes for sale for homeowners untill 2006. In result of the dramatic market change in 2006 I started working excusivley for the banks on foreclosure sales. Now i am working my way back into typical home listings to get back to a more personal level of service. Due to my extensive knowledge of bank owned properties i have a high sucess rate on getting offers accepted by the bank.
