I love New Jersey. A Tenafly High School graduate, I have lived in Bergen County almost my entire life. New Jersey's nickname "The Garden State" is perfect for us. We have Jersey-fresh tomatoes, silky-soft grasses, many mature trees, bird-watching galore, and working organic farmlands. The landscapes are just exquisite. One of our greatest gifts is our location. We're in close proximity to New York City since we're right across the Hudson River. The best of both worlds: vibrant, opportunities-abound New York City and serene suburban living with malls galore. Another gift is the outstanding school systems: Bergen County has 25% of the best schools in the state with New Jersey ranked number 1 for best public schools graduating over 90% of its students. New Jersey and particularly Bergen County has a lot to offer.

Bergen County is the northeastern corner section of New Jersey. When you live in Bergen County, you have to know your exits: NJ Turnpike Exit 18, Garden State Parkway Exit 168, Palisades Parkway Exits 1-5 and Route 80's exit 60-73.

| My sister passed away unexpectedly and she had a few investment properties that were rented in Cliffside Park. It was and is an extremely sad time in my life. I put them on the market with Karen and she did a great job. She was sensitive to my needs and proactive to sell my home. She even virtually staged my property so that it would show better on the MLS and other advertising at a fraction of the cost and managment time it would have taken to get the homes furnished and shown well. It was obvious that I had made the right choice to have virtual staging, the difference was immense. I would gladly recommend her to anyone that needs a Realtor. |

| Dear Karen, Dads all moved in, everything went well. I want to take a moment and congratulate you for your professionalism. You finding an appropriate property, at a reasonable price, in a timely manor...then handling the closing without a glitch, made this move far easier for my brother and I. Easier then I could ever imagine. Keeping in contact, answering calls timely, delivering keys, getting leases signed...all you did was much appreciated. | I have worked with Karen Seeman of Exit on the Hudson Realty for several years. I am an overseas client who sometimes has a problem with technology issues and also working on a 12-hour time difference. That being said, I could not have asked for a more patient, professional and reliable realtor. Karen, has even made the effort to make an international call me to keep me up-to-date on several occasions. Owning several properties, she has jumped through hoops to take care of things in a very efficient manner, including being the liaison between me, prospective tenants and my super. I have always been so impressed with her in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and the creative ways she has been able to showcase my properties, including a very professional 60-second commercial that highlights the best my property has to offer including the local area. | When we were at the closing table, I couldn't believe it. I am a homeowner! Karen Seeman was not only a great Realtor helping me look for homes, but did whatever she could to help me through the process. Even a year later, Karen prepared my paperwork and we went together to County Hearing to have my taxes reevaluated.
