While I appreciate the 'vanilla' borrowers that are simple and quick to close, I specialize in the USDA loan in rural areas. I will close any loan that comes across my desk. A couple years ago I worked specifically with one borrower that was denied through another lender. They submitted his file to the same bank and the same underwriters that I use. I took the time to work with the borrower, improve his file and helped him purchase the home he still lives in today.
