| Chuck and Kathy, I just wanted to thank you again for your outstanding service. When I decided on the Venice area over a year ago, I had little actual knowledge of the specifics of the area. There were numerous factors to be considered and a multitude of geographical and financial ramifications I had not even thought about (HOAs, maintenance, specific location within Venice, orientation, convents, etc.). From day one, your unparalleled professionalism, easy nature, and great patience made my experience a most enjoyable one (something I did not expect going into to this process). If I was to sum my experience with you two up, I would have to say you two were absolutely awesome! On a scale of one to ten, I have to give you a perfect 10 - and I am definitely NOT an easy rater. If I had a realtor (or team) of your caliber up here in Maryland when I listed my house the first time, I would have been in Venice a lot sooner ... and with a lot more money in my pocket.
