Kristen Counts Barr was born and raised in Panama City Beach, Florida, and is the third generation of Florida real-estate brokers. As a lifelong resident of Panama City Beach, Kristen is a knowledgeable source of information about Bay County's diverse markets. Growing up in the area and with the family business, she has had the opportunity to participate in many aspects of the area's industry, from vacation rentals and property management to the construction and development facets of the area.

Prior to becoming a Florida Licensed REALTOR®, her professional career includes working on the Sea Dragon Pirate Cruise and as an assistant at Counts Real Estate Group. Kristen graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. In May 2011, Kristen married Christopher Barr, a local attorney. Kristen is an active member of the Bay Point Women's Club and also involved in HYPE (Helping Young Professionals Evolve).
