I am a natural caregiver.  My first career is as a nurse.  When I branched out into real estate, I stayed true to my caregiving self.  I service my clients with the caregivers philosophy.  I want to take care of them.  The transaction is important, but the clients well being come first.  I'll teach and guide my clients through the process of buying and /or selling property.  Buying a home is the second most stressful time a couple can go through, the first being the birth of their first child.  Many couples will change residences either 6 months before or 6 months after the baby.  The couple 's stress meter is off the chart.  I will help them by making the purchase of their property go as smoothly as possible with my knowledge of the market, the skills of negotiating a contract, and willingness to go that extra mile or the convenience of my clients.  See my bio at www.kimbearse.mywindermere.com
