I work closely with my buyers to get them the best deal.  Most of the time they listen but sometimes they feel they know more about the market than I do and miss out on a good deal.  Making clients aware of our market here in Phoenix is difficult because it is somewhat unique to the others around.  How the Short Sales work and why do I have to "bid" on a house if I offer asking and why doesn't the bank have to respond.  These are all questions I can anwser and educate my buyers and sellers and each deal is a little different than the last.

I take short sale classes monthly to keep up on all the changes and any "tricks of the trade" so our offers get in front of the banks.
