I have been experienced in the Real Estate field since 1990.  Ihave managed 2 offices and 36 agents.  My administrative experiences range from building maintenance to advertising, computer data entry, commission data entry, insurance, agent training, employee training, purchasing office equipment for all phases of the company, franchise administration, billing, paying bills, as well as all aspects of office administration. I work closely with an auctioneer for real estate, surplus, commercial, farm, construction, collectables, businesses, antiques, vehicles and educational auctions.  I am a member of the REIAL (Real Estate Investors Association of Livingston County, Michigan and a member of the REIA of Oakland County.  I advertise in Realtor.com, Parade of Homes Magazine, The Real Estate Book, Crains of Detroit for upscale homes and commercial properties, The Real Estate Guide, as well as newspapers for areas of interest.  Heritage GMAC is one of the top companies to acquire foreclosure listings and working with asset managers. I also work closely with builders.


I have sold and listed homes in Livingston, Shiawassee, Washtenaw, Jackson, Macomb, Oakland,Wayne, and Lansing Michigan.  My designations consist of: Accredited Buyer Representative, Professional Relocation Specialist , and Residential Marketing Manager.  I hold a Directors position in REIAL (Real Estate Investors Association of Livingston County) and I am a member of the REIA of Oakland County. I am a member of the Howell Chamber of Commerce, and the Livingston County Wild Life Conservation Club.

I am active in The Relay for Life programs in our community!

I work very closely with relocation counselors to make sure all the information is correct and provide a vision of the property and stats that will make it easy for relocation counselors to make informed decisions for changes to pricing,repairs, and market conditions.

When performing a service, I find it extremely important to keep clients informed of advertising, pricing, repairs, and interest from potential buyers.

I have a list of over 50 things I do to complete a listing and sale.
