This is my 34year successfully selling homes south of Boston. I have been associated with Success Real Estate since 1994. Nothing makes me happier than to find that special home for first time buyers. My many years of experience have also allowed me to revisit with past clients and find that 2nd and 3rd home that suits their needs. I always enjoy working with first time buyers. I have CBR(certified Buyer Representative) designation. It's an interesting journey when starting the buying process and I feel it is very important to be able to provide guidance and knowledge so that buyers can feel confident with their home buying decision.
When it comes to lisitng homes, I pride myself in being able to assist Sellers with making the right decisions when it comes to preparing their home for sale. It is also importnant to have a mutual respect and open communication when it comes to selling in a challenging market.
