Greetings from Northern Utah. Since becoming a REALTOR sixteen years ago, I have found that real estate is a career that allows me to serve people and that has brought much enjoyment and fulfillment. Prior to becoming a REALTOR, I worked in retail sales for many years. When my two children entered elementary school I went back to college and earned a bachelors degree in Business Adminstration with a minor in Accounting. My thirst for knowledge helps me to be the very best realtor for my clients as I never stop learning about the business of real estate.
I really love helping people buy a new Tremonton Utah area home and find that making their transaction stressfree and pleasant very rewarding. Parents refer their kids to me and their family members refer other family and friends to me, so I guess that means I must have done a great job.

My experience has transitioned through the various economic cycles and I have represented sellers to sell homes when it was easy and when the market was difficult. Since my first year in the business I have sold REO's (bank owned homes) on the listing side as well as finding great deals for my buyers.
I have also worked with builders and sold out a few subdivisions. My office is now stocked with samples from the different suppliers of flooring, exteriors, paint color fans, etc and have helped buyers build their dream home from start to finish.
I love to help first time home buyers realize their dreams and find that sharing their family stories with them makes it all worth while. Clients invite me to be a "friend" on their "Facebook" pages so I could share with them the birth of their new baby. first steps, weddings or to discuss the housing market. I have well rounded experience and can assist buyers in nearly any real estate transaction.
