Landmark Maui Properties 1989–2002 Founded in 1988 in Makawao, Maui, Landmark Maui is a leading residential real estate firm. I was Landmark’s broker-in-charge for many of those years and was responsible for reviewing contracts and advising other agents on their transactions. I enjoyed managing the agents of two office locations—one in Makawao and one in Paia. With 21 active agents and a fully staffed, computerized operation, I was an integral part of capturing a significant percentage of the sales and listings in the growing Maui residential market, particularly in Upcountry Maui. I personally handled several hundred transactions, representing both buyers and sellers. I specialize in Maui’s North Shore/Upcountry market and the Wailea/Makena area of our island.
Maui Oceanic Properties 2002–2011 In 2002 I started my own brokerage firm, Maui Oceanic Properties. In addition to completing the individual high-end transactions that are the main part of my business, I acted as lead listing broker for two residential projects located upcountry: Maunaolu Plantation – a gated community consisting of thirty-nine 2-acre AG (agriculture) parcels on Baldwin Avenue near Makawao, and The Ridge at Kulamanu, a 57-lot residential subdivision in Kula.
Wailea Realty Corp, 2011–2014 I merged with Wailea Realty Corp., to provide even better expertise, connections, and team support. Wailea Realty is Maui’s oldest Wailea brokerage.
