I believe that buying and/or selling a home is a very personal and often times stressful decision.  I am a single mom and in raising 3 children, patience is a must, and if you haven't got it, well need I say more!  My friends and colleagues have often told me that patience is one of my best qualities.  In knowing that, working in real estate seemed to be the perfect fit for me.  I strongly feel that you can't rush a client into buying a home nor can you become impatient if your seller's home isn't sold quick enough.  Let the selling/buying cycle take its course, whatever that might be and be there to support your client through the ups and downs, stay positive, persistent and reassuring.  On the flip side, using your keen people skills to recognize an opportunity that your client may not see ... and sincerely guide them into "removing the blinders" and "taking the risk".
