Karen was raised in Oregon, and has lived here for over 40 years.  She has raised her 4 wonderful children, 3 girls and a boy.  Karen's oldest just made her a grandma and she loves to be with her granddaughter as much as possible!  Karen's son is a Beaver and will be completing his degree to have a career with possibly the State of OR.  She also has 2 younger daughters who are in High School, with one graduating this year and going into nursing and the ministry.

Karen Mathers started her Real Estate Career in 2000, after previously working for GMAC auto financing and leasing customer service for a couple years.  She found she wanted to be more available for her children as they were growing up and she always enjoys holding her family in high priority.  Since Karen is a fun loving and nurturing person, and has had experience in sales with Discovery Toys, Tupperware, and Natural Health products, she decided to venture out and become experienced in the Real Estate Industry.  She started at Century 21 in Eugene, and after a few very successful years was invited to become part owner, she did so.  Karen always enjoys helping others grow and be successful themselves and receives great satisfaction in making people happy.  She also obtained her Principal Broker's license and started managing and training other agents.   

Karen has sold over $30Million in Real Estate and has been a member of the Multi-Million dollar club since 2003, meaning she has sold over $2Million dollars in sales every year, most years being over $5Million.  She also has completed her GRI designation, which is the "Graduate of Realtor Institute" which takes about 18 months to complete. 

While with Century 21, Karen was awarded many Top Producer awards, including a Century 21 Top Producer, Top Sales Agent, Top Listing Agent in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, Awarded the Century 21 Emerald Award; and ultimately now, owns her own business.

Been Trained and certified in the USAA Mover's Advantage RElocation program, Affinity Services division, Cendant Mobility Affinity Specialist; and other relocation programs, Karen is well versed in helping others relocate from one part of the country to another, or from one area to another, no matter how close or how far.   

Karen enjoys to travel very much, and enjoys the outdoors--she says, "I love to fish in alaska and Mexico!  ANd my favorite vacation was certainly Hawaii! I absolutely LOVE to snorkel!"

Karen is very dedicated to her work, clients and her family.  She likes to have fun and to enjoy her work, and absolutely enjoys helping others obtain home ownership for the first time or making that  great investment for their future!
