We are a multicultural, multilingual group of 25 agents with vast experience in a wide area of Central New Jersey.
Our staff is very efficient and knowldegeable and dedicated to our agents. Kendall, our processor, has been with the office for over 12 years and is very familiar with all of the Multiple Listing Systems, forms, procedures, etc. She promptly provides each agent with computerized records of all closed transactions. You will usually receive your commission check within 24 hours of a closing as well as a year-to-date statement of all your closed business.
Karin is our in-house technology assistant available to help agents navigate the Internet, to understand & effectively utilize the many resources RE/MAX provides, and to provide support and answer any questions as they arise so that our agents may become more proficient and efficient with our website and email!
Our office was the first Middlesex MLS member to utilize a high-speed DSL internet connection and we continually update our Internet and communication services to take advantage of the most up-to-date technology available to businesses. We currently are using T-1 lines for communications and Intranet services.
We have 8 MLS workstations available for agent use, including 2 private conference rooms for meetings with clients.
We are members of 5 MLS systems: Middlesex, Monmouth, Garden State, Trend & New Jersey MLS.
We are the only RE/MAX office to advertise in the Verizon Yellow Pages and the Yellow Book, both of which generate a large number of and seller buyer calls which are forwarded to agents
Each new customer will receive a letter describing the office processing and servicing of their listing. In addition, the letter will let them know that their agent will contribute to the Children's Miracle Network in their name when the property is sold. Homeowners will also receive a card with their property's web address as soon as it is online.
Our receptionists use a software program called ShowingDesk where all showings, agent previews, advertising history, sign and ad calls and other comments, for every property is recorded and maintained for the life of the listing. All reports are available to you at any time. In addition, copies of all advertisements are sent to homeowners every week.
Our new phone system has 10 lines for incoming and outgoing calls. We also have a toll-free number that agents can give to clients and prospects, at no additional cost. The phone system has many features whereby, if it is used correctly, is almost like having a personal secretary at your service 24 hours a day! We also have a back door number for agents to access their voicemail directly, bypassing the front desk
We have 2 state-of-the-art, multi-function printer/scanner/fax/copiers, one of which prints in color. Each is programmed with memory features for group faxing Open House information or announcements. In addition, there are 2 lines rather than one, enabling you to send and receive at the same time.
