I own the Realty Executives Twin Valley office with my talented wife Christine, who has been licensed as Realtor since 1996. We opened the Realty Executives office in 1997 and we both hold broker licenses. We have several independent Realtors in our office and two licensed assistants.

Kamloops is a great place to live, but a little small to specialize in only one market segment. We do a fantastic job with all kinds of Buyers and take extra time to explain the process. Every precaution will be taken long before you commit to buying a home. Investors and first time Buyers and are always welcome!!
In terms of selling homes, I would have to say that we specialize in the mid-range price category of the Kamloops market, between $100,000 and $500,000. Although many Realtors will list whatever comes there way, we don't generally list homes in mobile home parks or specialty homes that are fairly exclusive above $500K. We sell single family homes, duplexes, town homes, acreage, waterfront and apartments in the Kamloops region.
