My name is Kimberly Lloyd. I have been an agent for about 1 year. My husband is a broker and has been in real estate for about 7 years. We own Pacific Trident Real Estate and Mortgage in Temecula, CA and are going strong with our company. Together we make a great team, looking out for the best interests of our clients. We specialize in everything. Right now we are doing a lot of refi's on previous interest only and neg. am. loans. We have so many loan programs to fit the needs of every individual. We also teach seminars for first time buyers, (the first one will be at the new Temecula Library on April 24th, 2007) as well as how to raise your credit score. We soon will be teaching teens about the importance of maintaining good credit and fico scores, and the elements that can effect your fico positively and negatively. (A very crucial thing needed to succeed in life that isn't taught in schools.) We want people to know that it isn't all about how much money you make to be able to own a home, but how important your fico score is to interest rate you will or will not qualify for.
We are real estate developers as well. We are in the process of building 50 new homes in Desert Hot Springs and 4 new 4plexes in Lake Elsinore.
