I believe that my best strength is two fold, first my ability to gain trust from the customer, and secondly I am very much a people person, and I truly do care about their welfare. I think this alone sets me apart from other originators. I work in a office with other very talented originators . We are a tight knit group with each member contributing a different area of expertise. We work very closely together to insure that we find the right program for our customer. We are fortunate enough to work for one of the greatest minds in the mortgage industry Kevin Whatley, while other offices must look and wait for answers to their mortgage questions, we simply have to walk down the hall! Unlike many managers Kevin believes in the investment of training his employees from the ground up. We learn the business from start to finish. As with every sales postion , product knowledge is very much one of the keys to success. In our industry , you cant provide, what you dont understand. We have the opportunity to continue to learn and grow in this profession, we have access to the newest cutting edge technogly, we have all the tools necessary to not only suceed. but also to excel! As the industry and markets change we create new strategies to insure that we continue to provide a top notch product for both our customers and our business partners. This training gives me the confidence to do this job very well!
I understand that the mortgage transaction is one of the biggest decisions a person can make in their lifetime, and I take that very seriously. I absolutely need to know that I have put the customer in the best possible position for their family. I have programs in place that allow me to keep everyone involved in the transaction updated on a daily basis. I understand that this transaction is so important to the customer, realtor , and underwriter. I have a very assertive type of personality, and I have no problem getting the information I need to get the job done. I worked for 15 years as a supervisor at the credit bureau so if the question involves credit, I properly have a answer. I have been certified in the fair credit reporting act since 1986. I have also been appointed as a notary for the state of Louisiana since 1983. I love what I do , and believe that I work for the best mortgage company in the industry!

My areas of expertise include first time home buyers, FHA loans, VA loans, investment property, and refinance. If it's a mortgage we can do it!
