Hoosier by birth, Arizonan by choice. I visited the Valley of the Sun for the first time in the mid-90's, and it was love at first sight. I knew right away that I had found my new home.
Since then I've lived all over the Phoenix metro area, and I'm now a proud resident of Gilbert. It's my kind of town and a great place to live.
I love to help others find the home of their dreams in our beautiful desert community, especially those who are relocating to the area from other parts of the country. I've experienced the transition myself and I know how to help.

| "Julie is amazing! She customized a portal that contained only the homes that met our criteria and scheduled viewings promptly. We were able to see a about half of the homes on our list in one afternoon! She even met with us on the West side of town even though she's based out of Gilbert... While viewing the homes, we asked for her professional opinion on the properties and she provided very valuable insight that otherwise would have been overlooked. Her knowledge definitely impacted our decisions and made us feel good and comfortable about our prospective home. Just the same, she did point out some important details in the lease terms as well as on site for things that could be a concern. She is very objective, and I couldn't have asked for a better rental search experience!" |

| "There are three major reasons that Julie is an excellent real estate agent: 1) She knows what she's doing and she is REALLY sharp. There are so many unknowns in real estate, and Julie can be trusted to navigate you through them with expertise, avoiding pitfalls along the way. 2) Julie stays one step ahead of you, anticipating what you need and delivering exceptional customer service. At every appointment with her, she shows up early and fully prepared to serve. There were so many things I didn't know (and didn't realize that I didn't know.)
