As Team Lead for The Julie Morales Team, I am truly passionate about Real Estate, but my real passion lies with the many friends/clients I am privileged to serve every day. With 30+ years experience in the Fort Bend economy and 13+ years experience in Real Estate, I am qualified to provide you customized options to fit your personalized criteria, as well as guide you step by step throughout the entire process. | Julie provided the excellent professional service that we expected, but she went far beyond. She was great at reading the other parties in the negotiation process. She provided reasonable options at every step, and she provided advice when we asked. She carried the ball with third party vendors when we needed to make repairs, and she produced a deal that beat my number. This was the first time we had used a realtor, and we were clueless most of the way. We were so fortunate to have Julie lead us and teach us. We regard her as a friend. |
