Key Room Staging:

We will focus on the important rooms that buyers pay the most attention to when they are in the market to buy a home. The kitchen, dining room, living room, den, keeping room, master bedroom, master bath, and powder room are the heart of the home and are the rooms the buyer wants to love. Remember, most buyers cannot visualize what a home’s potential is.

Entire Home Staging:

Full Home Staging is providing an entire home staging that will give warmth throughout to get a buyer engaged.

Homeowner or Real Estate Agent Consultation:

During the initial appointment we provide the homeowner or the agent with a staging consultation of what can be done to transform the home into a warm and inviting place to live.  We will suggest what needs to be moved or removed.  We can make suggestions of what de-cluttering should be done, possible color schemes, and what furniture or accessory items may be needed in order to further showcase the home’s features.

Staging Portfolio:

A staging portfolio will be provided to the homeowner and/or agent, which will give a detailed list of what changes need to be made by room, color scheme suggestions, and an outline if necessary of accessories or furniture that could be added.
