Our client's interests always come first. Our experience shows that if we serve our clients well, our own success will follow. Our assets are our people and reputation. We are dedicated to complying fully with the letter and spirit of the laws, rules and ethical principles that govern us. Our continued success depends upon complete adherence to this standard. Our goal is to provide superior service to our clients, both buyers and sellers. Real Estate is a personal business dependent on personal relationships. We take great pride in the professional quality of our work. We have an uncompromising determination to achieve excellence in everything we undertake. We would rather be the best than the biggest. We stress creativity and imagination in everything we do. We constantly strive to find a better solution to a client's problems. We make an unusual effort to work as a team on every transaction. Although our activities are measured in millions of dollars of transactions, each seller and each buyer is unique. We know that without recognizing individual needs, we cannot be the best firm. We stress teamwork in everything we do. While individual creativity is always encouraged, we have found that team effort often produces the best results. We have no room for those who put their personal interests ahead of the interests of the firm and its clients. The dedication of our people to the firm and the intense effort they give their jobs are greater than one finds in most other organizations. We think that this is an important part of our success. We consider our size an asset that we try hard to preserve. We want to be big enough to undertake the largest project that any of our clients could contemplate, yet small enough to maintain the loyalty, the intimacy and the personal attention that we all treasure and that contributes greatly to our success. We constantly strive to anticipate the rapidly changing needs of our clients and to develop new services to meet those needs. We know that the world of Hamptons Real Estate will not stand still and that complacency can lead to extinction. We regularly receive confidential information as part of our normal client relationships. To breach a confidence or to use confidential information improperly or carelessly would be unthinkable. Our business is highly competitive, and we aggressively seek to expand our client relationships. However, we must always be fair competitors and welcome the working relationships of other firms. Integrity and honesty are at the heart of our business. We expect our people to maintain high ethical standards in everything they do, both in their work for the firm and in the work for our clients.

I am personable, dedicated and extremely service oriented. A creative and innovative thinker, I feel comfortable with people of many diverse backgrounds and brokering equally varied real estate deals - from understanding the starter home market to the beauty of the modernist masterpieces and historic Village homes for which the East End is known. My attention to detail, strong service ethic, and familiarity with the region has allowed me to successfully fulfill the real estate needs of both the first timer and the seasoned veteran. I have been a resident of Sag Harbor since 1996. Raised in coastal Massachusetts, I lived in the Boston area for most of my life. After attending Boston College, I moved to Albuquerque to pursue her love of art at the University of New Mexico. Though the surroundings were beautiful and inspirational I found that I missed coastal living, and moved back East to New York. I  then attended Parsons School of Design, where I received her MFA in Sculpture. Over a decade ago, I discovered the beauty of Eastern Long Island, initially as a summer resident, and eventually decided to stay in the area indefinitely. My  husband Julien and I have been homeowners in Sag Harbor since 2004. We are both admitted renovation junkies who enjoy architectural and interior design, landscaping and the challenge of site transformation. In the summer of 2007 we happily welcomed the birth of their first child, daughter Charlotte.
