Because our listings average 10,000 page views per month, we are able to take homes that have sat for 8 months on the traditional real estate market, and get them sold in 30 days or less. And all this, we do for a mere 2% commission, as compared to the 5-6% charged by a traditional realtor.

We are currently taking advantage of the "slow" season to ramp our infrastructure. We are adding web engineers, salespeople, videographers and design staff in Chicago, Las Vegas and LA.

Up until now we have been self funded, but are beginning to talk to investors. We are projecting massive growth when the spring market hits, and because of the nature of the real estate sales cycle, we are potentially facing a cash crunch.

To promote the business, and make sales, I personally will be hitting the road in early spring, conducting live seminars in cities around the country. These seminars are aimed at all professionals engaged in the purchase, sale or acquisition of real estate - realtors, real estate investors, banks and other lenders, etc.
