AGGRESSIVE MARKETING   I am committed to active methods of going out into the field everyday and looking for buyers as opposed to sitting in an office waiting for buyers to stop in.  I sell more of my own listings than any other agents.

BUSINESS, NOT HOBBY  I run my real estate team as a business, unlike many other agents for whom selling homes is a hobby or a source of secondary income.  I have a professional full-time staff and a detailed business plan which enables us to give you the service you deserve. 

COMMUNICATION  The bisggest complaint we hear in our business is that sellers never heard from their agent again after listing their home.  We will communicate every week with all relevant information about your home and the market.  I promise you will never say, "We never heard from our agent".
