I love the place my career path has taken me... and you know what they say about people who are happy in their careers? They are sucessful and can't help but bring all that success and joy to the clients and customers they serve. Proudly, I am a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, concentrating on Long Island's South Shore; the place I call home. To make sure I am aways the best I can be, I am part of the renowned Star Power Systems, both as student in their University Programs and instructor on a variety of topics at numerous Annual Conferences and am a pioneer member of the exciting, new Real Estate Masters Guild. My specialty is listening to what people really want and getting it for them. Whether a seller, buyer, landlord, tenant or someone who needs to know more about how real estate works.

I was honored by my real estate peers and was elected and installed as Treasurer of the South Shore Chapter of the Long Island Board of REALTORS.

Through honesty and integrity paired with a strong work ethic, real estate has been very good to me. When things became challenging in this industry, I did not abandon it. Instead, I stuck with it, continuing to put in the same level of dedication. My best assets are my ears. I listen to people. I hear what is important to them and what their goals and dreams are. Once I know what my clients and customers want, I am able to apply my experience to help get it for them. Someitmes in the form of advice, sometimes selling their real estate, sometimes finding their next home. In all cases, by listening keenly, I am able to focus on what suits them best, not what would would best suit me.

Among the skills I use to help meet my clients' and customers' needs are comparative market analyses, marketing strategies, statistics, writing, implemeting and overseeing policies, procedures and systems, overcoming obstacles, devising alternate solutions, negotiating, preparing presentations and answering objections.
