HOME INSPECTION: I will follow up and schedule the home inspection as soon as possible so that we do not waist any marketing time. I will keep you posted as to the results of the inspection. 

PURCHASE AND SALES AGREEMENT: I will prepare the initial draft of the purchase & sales agreement for you or for your attorneys review.

BANK APPRAISAL: I will be present for the bank appraisal; I will have all comparable sold information for the appraiser so as to avoid any problems.

BUYERS BANK COMMITMENT: I will be in contact with the buyer's mortgage company representative and will keep you posted as to the progress of the commitment.

SMOKE DETECTOR & FINAL WATER READING AND 6-D CERTIFICATE: I will arrange the smoke detector and carbon monoxide certificate that is required in order to close as well as the final water reading and any other items necessary, if your property is a condominium I will get in touch with The Management company for a 6-D Certificate and a certificate of insurance.
