I'm Johnny J Schiro IV,
Realtor, Broker, and co-owner of Icon Real Estate - a full-service real estate office in The Woodlands, Texas.
I'm a Houston native, University of Texas graduate, and a member of The Woodlands Community. I've lived only in Houston and Austin, and today my family of three lives in Suburban America's Finest: The Woodlands, Texas.
My real estate career began in 2003, following three years as an Electrical Engineer for an Austin-based start-up firm. The job included constant education about problem solving, marketing, technical sales, and motivating people -- all of which have helped shape the energetic, team-oriented, and over-achieving culture at Icon Real Estate.
My first years as a Realtor were spent researching, analyzing, and negotiating for residential investors. That start gave me a huge advantage in negotiating for the families I now represent as home buyers and sellers. Experience taught me that successful Realtors run a true, professional business--that's how my team operates, and that's why we are at the top of the class in The Woodlands Real Estate.
