Hello my name is Joseph M. Saldana. I've lived in Bethpage Long Island New York for about 13 yrs .  I am a very lucky married man 10 yrs this August and a blessed father of three wonderful children . I started my Real Estate career in 2000 as a mortgage banker. Prior to becoming a loan officer the plan was to get my real estate license but life sometimes takes you on a different path to the same place . Early 2009 I decided to get my real estate License . My best career move by far . I have been working with Cruse Real Estate for more then a year now . Cruse Real Estate is a full service REO solution company. The majority of our listings are foreclosed homes. My position is very unique at Cruse . Most of the full time agents are property specific. What this means is that they are assigned properties to maintain, market and sell. Each one of these homes attract many buyers but in the end only one buyer will purchase this home. So now we are left with many more buyers which all need assistance in there search for a home . This is were me and my team come in and work with these buyers .   I truly enjoy working with families to find there home . I am a strong believer of over the top service . My buyers and sellers are extremely imortant to me and I make sure they know it . Buying a property is something that most people do not do very often. Agents sometimes forget this and lose touch with there client . We really get to know our clients so that we can best assist them . Once we have an understanding of the buyer we will customize a search and start looking for there home . We work closely with other real estate companies to help us find our clients home. So we are not just limited to Cruse listings . Actually my team  sells more outside inventory then our own. I'm really looking forward to the ActiveRain  experience.
