Get to Know Judi Rutland
I have been markeing, selling and providing Real Estate services to others in this area for over a decade. I have built my business on values which entail high ethical standards, delivering only the best personalized customer service and having well educated sales associates and staff. I place a high value on education beyond that which is required of us by law. Besides holding a Master Degree in Educational Psychology, I am a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute and hold both a Florida Broker's license and the the Certified Residential Specialist's designation. By choice, I differ from other Real Estate Associates by personalizing client services to a select number of listing and selling customers. By doing so, it allows me o focus solely on my customer's needs.
Certifications
I began my career in the mid-90's as an on-site sales person for a preconstruction development called the Inn at Crystal Beach (located on Old Scenic Highway 98 in Destin, followed by the Inn at Blue Mt. (located on Scenic Highway 30-A in Santa Rosa Beach). From that early start I learned the value of counseling buyers about second home and investing in property ownership outside of their primary residence. I am comfortable in the resort residential markets between Okaloosa Island to the Beaches of South Walton. Fractional Ownership; not to be confused with traditional timeshare is the next booming market on the horizen. From conception to the finished product, my team and I can assist in not only selling this product type but in developing models for fractionalization of properties.
