I've been in the real estate business for about 6 years. I started out as an investor buying houses in Birmingham and renting them out to families who have demonstrated the desire for change and a better life (I have a passion for contributing to growth and change in the urban community).

After making several costly mistakes, I decided to attend real estate school to learn the ins and outs of the business. After successfully completing the course, my fellow classmates thought it would be wise to get my license. I was buying houses anyway, why not get paid for it. Unfortunately, my first sale was not an investment property, it was a house for a friend and the pay was pretty good. At that point, I decided to change my focus. Knowing that I could help someone make their dream come true and get paid for doing it, I choose to focus on real estate sales.

In 2007, the market changed dramatically. I had to change with it. With the knowledge and experience I had as a real estate investor, I began to work with more investors. Although I still service non-investor buyer and seller in the area, most of my business is with investors.
