My goal as a mortgage professional is to keep the heart and soul of the business in place. I don't believe that all of the facts necessary to make an informed decision can be found on the internet. Whether you're a Realtor, a First Time Home Buyer, seasoned home buyer or considering a refinance of a home loan, there is not substitute for a one on one, face to face consultation with a seasoned, licensed mortgage professional.
In the thirteen years I've served as a mortgage lender, I have seen all sides of the industry. I began my career as a Loan Officer back in the hay day of subprime lending. I quickly gained a reputation for understanding the myriad products that were available at the time for home buyers and refinance transactions. I was then recruited into wholesale lending and I learned even more about the underwriting (decision making) and life cycle of a mortgage loan. I have made it my business to be a subject matter expert for VA, FHA, Conventional and Jumbo loans. Not only am I aware of the guidelines for these products, but I understand the underwriter's mindset when it comes to making a decision on the loan approval. I look carefully at every single piece of paper in each loan file that I submit to insure that nothing slips by. I believe excellent customer service begins at application and never ends. My clients range from first time home buyers all the way through seasoned investors who own multiple investment properties. Every client receives "World Class Service" on every, single transaction. This is my commitment.
