I am a full-time REALTOR!   Yes, this is important to say to you!   Would you give $250,000 (or more!) to a part-time financial planner?  No, I didn't think so!  When you are making big financial decisions like those in a real estate transaction, you need a realtor who is working full time in the industry, not a weekend warrior.

I'm a realtor, and I do crossword puzzles. No, this isn't the beginning line of a personal ad. Both are about making the pieces fit. That's what I specialize in; making the pieces fit so that buyers & sellers can complete the puzzle and move on to the next step in their lives.

I bring something very unique to my real estate career: a marketing background. Prior to real estate, I spent 20 years in marketing & public relations for large corporations all over the country. I also founded & operated a marketing and public relations consultancy in the greater Charlotte area after moving here from Los Angeles. Why is this important? Because you can't sell a home without marketing a home. I find my marketing background to be priceless.
