Get to Know Jose Rivas

I was a former music teacher mover to Baltimore in 2000 from Miami. I decided to become an agent after purchasing my house and helping other teachers purchase their home at half price with the GNND program from HUD. I have been licensed since 2005. I started a team with Fernando Parada in 2006 and in 2009 we started our own company Central Realty.

I have helped several first time buyers, teachers, police officers, since we are fully bilingual (English and Spanish) we have filled a void helping the Latino community of Baltimore.

Since 2008 I have been listing REO properties for different clients like HUD, Fannie Mae, USRES, IAS, Kondaur, FAS, PNC, TREO and others. My team and I have been very successful managing and selling REO properties.

Out motto is to make life simple, there are several issues and the market keep changing every day, but we strive to make life easier for our agents and our clients.

I specialized in REO (bank owned) properties. I have been managing, marketing and selling them since 2008, slowly I have been able to increase my client list and I am currently listing houses for HUD, Fannie Mae, IAS, USRES, Kondaur, FAS, PNC, Chase, RMS, TREO, and other clients.

I also do several bpos a day for different clients. We cover Baltimore, Harford, Howard, Cecil, Anne Arundel and Carroll Counties.
