The Dominican Republic is one (if not) the major tourist attraction in the Caribbean. This has a reason. Aside from the usual paradisaical beauty of it's beaches, flora and fauna, the country has an adult democracy that allows for a relative peace and tranquility that can be sometimes marred by afflictions known to all countries, but overall, it provides for a sound infrastructure and a warm climate conducive to investments, large and small. It also has the least incidences of hurricane strikes in the region.
Hope Bienes Raices, with over 15 years experience in the country, is led by a fiery little lady graduated Cum Laude as a lawyer from the most prestigious university of the country, Pontificia Universidad Madre y Maestra. A great Real Estate sales person, she has a specialty in the real estate laws of the Dominican Republic and knows the pitfalls to avoid in investing. Jose Bueno (that's me!), licensed real estate sales associate of the State of Florida since 2002, moved back to my country of origin and am fully dedicated to supporting the domestic and international promotion of our Internet presence, as well as the relations with other brokers.
Thus, after a parade of success stories locally, we decided to create our major-business subsidiary, Invest in Dominicana, which will focus on the listing and sales of major properties, such as land for tourist projects, farm land for production, commercial sales, commercial space for lease or sale, and high end villas, condos and houses.
We are good at selling real estate. Partly because our phylosophy is one of creating life long relations with our clients, but mostly because we believe in old fashioned customer service. We go the extra mile.
Our expertise starts with the listing, by doing our due dilligence ahead of time. We know how things work here, so we check that all documents are legal and that there are no encumbrances on the property. Short sentence, long work. We do not have the support of a title insurance system, so we do their work and will not touch any property that is not crystal clear.
We pamper our clients. Specially if they come from abroad to invest in our beautiful country. We know what you want, because we will listen to your needs and will tailor our search to your project or budget. Once we know exactly what you want, we will start our network machinery to find it, if we don't already have it. Buying real estate in the DR is different than in the States or elsewhere.
