I am a third generation Florida boy. Having BS degrees in Business Adm. and Economic and 30 years as CEO of an international casting Marketing and Manufacturing, I am well trained by thousands of transactions, agreements and contracts with and against some of the finest lawyers and negotiators world wide.
I do a lot of work for the banks, giving them an idea of the value of homes. This work, thousands of evaluations in Central Florida, has really helped me better understand the market and the direction of prices as well as home values as the relate to location.
While I do some listings, I am best suited to work with buyers. I work all price range of homes.
