I have been involved in the real estate industry since 1997. I originally worked as an agent with John Hallman Realtors in Atlanta. John Hallman Realtors was the first true discount real estate brokerage in Georgia and possibly in the Southeast. Since that time I have acted as co-broker for nearly 300 agents at Chapman Hall Realtors.
In 2009, I opened the doors of Chapman Hall Coastal located in St. Simons, Georgia. We have added several new agents since forming our new company, and we specialize in local St. Simons real estate. We also recently launched our new website offering both lifestyle and real estate news for St. Simons and the local coastal Georgia area.
We provide real estate services for both the Atlanta metro area as well as coastal Georgia - specifically St. Simons and the Golden Isles. I have acted in a variety of capacities including listing specialist and buyer's representative. I have also just completed the National Association of Realtors' Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR).
Chapman Hall Coastal was founded by John Hallman to provide real estate services for St. Simons Island as well as the entire Golden Isles region of coastal Georgia.
