| I would highly recommend John. I still call him, "My Favorite Realtor." He will do whatever it takes to help you sell your house. He will also assist you if there any problems after the sale. John goes above and beyond. I found John on the advice of a friend. He actually offered to help her pack, as she was overwhelmed. As for me, he offered to help me take the damn down to clean up my pond. He is very down to earth, knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile. I sold my home and purchased another from John. He went out of his way to arrange for the dates to coincide. No bells and whistles and glossy photos - - he just concentrates on the best way to get you the best price or best deal for your house. |

| John went above and beyond in working with me to get this house sold! He contacted contractors to clean up some minor areas and he assisted us by moving a couple of large items out of the house at the last minute. Highly recommend. |

| I could never state enough good things about John. Buying or selling a home, you want him in your corner. He's personable, on the ball, and knows what he's doing. I bought my first home in 2009 using John, and it was a breeze. Since then, I've recommended him to anyone I know needing and agent, and I'm again looking to buy - he is the only agent I'll call. |

| Very helpful with all aspects of the purchasing of my home. Very professional and personable. Went above and beyond to ensure that I had a new lock on my mailbox and a copy of the by-laws which was hard to obtain due to the fact that the home was owned by a relocation company. I would definitely recommend John to anyone interested in buying or selling a home. |

| I worked with John Costanzo in 2013. I live in Florida, so I enlisted his help at the recommendation of a family member in NY. I needed to sell my father's home, after he has passed a few years earlier. I interviewed several real estate professionals for the job, and John was clearly the best. I made a wise decision, as John was invaluable during the selling process. He went with my recommendations, and provided good advice.
