Maine Mortgage Loan Officer
Get to know John Rose
I attended Salem State University in Salem, Mass., and graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1997.
I worked at a computer software company before I entered the mortgage industry in 2001 as a loan officer with Champion Mortgage. Realizing my passion for home financing, I went on to become a sales manager at Champion Mortgage and a loan originator at Wells Fargo Home Loans.
After meeting my wife Heather and moving to Windham, Maine, I worked at Key Bank in Portland for several years.
In June of 2010, I brought my home lending expertise to Acadia Lending Group, in Portland, Maine. As a loan officer and partner at Acadia Lending, I offer a stress-free lending experience with a variety of options for clients of all financial needs.
With more than ten years experience in the industry, I specialize in conventional loans, government loans including FHA, USDA Rural Development and VA, and other particular loans like 203K rehab, construction, portfolio and home equity loans. Whether it’s your first home, a vacation home or investment property, I will find the right product.
I combined competitive rates and options with responsible lending practices to make each loan fit his clients’ specific needs. I have a keen understanding of the importance of educating homebuyers on the most important purchase of their lives, and guiding them through that process from start to finish.
