I've worked with a ton of first time home buyers, move up buyers, retirees, and invesotrs but recently have shifted my business to more listings than buyers. | We were looking to sell our townhome as our family was growing and we needed more room. We met with Joey after already meeting with a few other realtors from other companies. We were a bit hesitant as the other realtors had told us we would need to price our town home at a lower price than we were hoping for. But Joey was much more helpful in showing comparisons and data for our area. He was very knowledgable, professional and respectful to the fact that we wanted to sell quick but were expecting a baby any day. He was able to get multiple offers on our home within days of putting it on the Market. Even though our first offer fell through, Joey had another offer and buyer the same day! We still sold our home for more than the asking price and we were able to find our new home within the same month. We were extremely pleased with how everything worked out and would recommend Joey to anyone. |

| I worked with Joey about a year ago after going through three other agents from different agencies. He was the first agent that actually heard and listened to what I was looking for and was patient enough to understand that its not all about the quick buy/sale/. He was knowledgeable enough to understand that my budget and limit were what I had set, not a 10-20k "acceptable bump" as some agents try to push. Joey also understood the best fundamental of all when it came to buying potential, it's all about the numbers! If you take the time to see what the property taxes are on a home you have a better chance at getting more home for the buck. Thanks for everything Joey, you are highly recommended. |

| Joey knew the area I was looking in extremely well. He kept in mind my price range and kept me patient for the right property to come available... and it did. He had to leave for a week during the last part of our negotiation with the seller, but kept excellent communication by phone and email. I will absolutely recommend Joey anytime someone asks about a realtor. |
