Joey B. Tucker has joined Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty as a licensed REALTOR® and Associate Broker, per Charles L. Upchurch, III, President and Broker.
Tucker received his Georgia Real Estate License in 2002 and obtained his Broker’s License in 2006. As a native of Northeast Georgia, he is familiar with the greater Athens area including the Watkinsville area and Oconee, Madison, Oglethorpe, Jackson and Barrow counties.
Tucker earned the Graduate REALTORS® Institute designation in 2003, and currently serves as the Associate Dean for the Georgia Association of REALTORS® GRI program. He is active on the local and state level serving The Athens Area Association of REALTORS® as President in 2011. He is also the Chair of the Georgia Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network and help found FUEL Young Professionals Network with the Athens Area Association of REALTORS®, NAR’s YPN Network of the YEAR for 2011.
Tucker is active in his community with the Chamber of Commerce where he is a 2004 graduate of Leadership Athens, is a member of the Classic City Young Professionals, the Athens Young Professionals Network, and the North Georgia Jaycees. He is also a member of Athens First United Methodist Church.
