In 2002, I was invited to join Dunhill Companies of Osterville as a Real Estate Agent along with my father Deacon Joseph P. Stanley Sr. who served as a Broker. Together we became a team and worked arm in arm to support our clients through the sometimes callous ways a real estate transaction can live. We believe that with team work, the process is much more encouraging and beneficial to the client. As agents and brokers, we need to be sensitive to our clients. For most, a real estate transaction is the biggest investment of their lives.
I love the ocean. Fishing and boating are my obsessions. I am involved in many fishing tournaments around Cape Cod and the Islands. Every year I participate in the Joe Cronin Jimmy Fund fishing tournament. This is a fund raiser by local fishermen to support cancer patients in the New England area. During those times on the boat, I have had the opportunity to view many of the breathtaking homes of Cape Cod. Not too many real estate agents are able to show you this natural view.
After the recent loss of my father, I have a much different outlook on life. He taught me many things as a child, business partner and friend. He showed me that the most important focus is family, then work. Not only have he and my mother made a large impact on my life, but I learned that he also placed a deep footprint on the hearts of many people near and far. I will carry his partnership with me in every transaction I complete. I value ethics, opportunity and trust.
Your family is my work. I have full knowledge in both commercial and residential real estate and will invest my time in you. If real estate is on your mind, you can reach me at (508) 428-8846 or via email at: email@example.com.

It blows my mind how some agents pick and choose their "price range" for the type of homes they want to sell. In a perfect world, we would all be selling multimillion dollar homes. However, this is not the case. We do not live in a perfect world nor do we all sell the high end homes. My thought process is this, the more sales I do, the better and more seasoned I become. I will sell anything and everything no matter what the price is. I will never pick and choose my fate on a price tag. I know what buyers want, and I know what sellers want too. If we all work together ethically and honestly, the Real Estate market could be a fantastic opportunity for all.
