John, President and Co-Founder of Home solutions has spent the last 6 years of his real estate career in the mortgage industry and project development. Now a Realtor, John's focus is on short sales and educating homeowners and Realtors on the short sale process. He has an interesting understanding of lenders and how they view short sales. John's lending knowledge and understanding of all the major lending institutions has truly perfected how Home Solutions has streamlined their negotiation practices with banks and investors. "The system and style of negotiation we have implemented relates to the banks, this has them eager to work on a file when they know we are involved."
The majority of John's time is spent "in the class room" educating brokers, agents, attorneys, and homeowners. "Short Sales are not going anywhere for quite some time. I believe that short sales are going to grow in numbers vs. foreclosures in the upcoming years and those educated and prepared will be far ahead of the competition.
